A large 3/4 size double bass by Giuseppe Lombardi of Dovadola, Italy. Distinctive, attractive, and somewhat rustic violin shape, with beautiful varnish, purfling, and scroll. This instrument speaks clearly at all dynamic levels. The sound is both colorful and lively. Stamped internally by the maker on corner blocks and the end block.
