Victor Joseph Charotte worked at Mirecourt and died in 1925. Georges Apparut was the successor to the Charotte shop. This model violin can be found in the 1936 Apparut catalog and is labeled Victor Joseph Charotte, Concerto Hercule. Very good condition, tone, & projection.
