Amedee Dieudonne (1890-1960) worked in Mirecourt for the last 40 years of his life, building instruments for himself and for other French and American firms. Signed and labeled on the inside back. Tone is colorful and well-balanced. This violin rings nicely, and the G string has plenty of sizzle. LOB 355 mm. Excellent condition.
